According to the Corporation’s Bylaws, each VCBCDC member in good standing may submit names to the Nominating Committee (Matt Pedersen, Josh Kasowski, Scott Dieterle, and Todd Ingstad) to be considered for a position on the Board. Election will be held at the Annual Meeting. Directors whose names have been placed in nomination are Dean Kinney, Katie Beyer, and Nate Zerface. The deadline for submission is Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 5:00pm.
