According to the Corporation’s Bylaws, each VCBCDC member in good standing may submit names to the Nominating Committee (Nate Zerface and Dean Kinney) to be considered for a position on the board. Election will be held at the Annual Meeting. Directors whose names have been placed in nomination thus far are Wade Bruns, Paul Diegel, David Beierle, and Mary Lee Nielson. The deadline for submission is Monday, November 27, 2023 at 5:00pm Please submit nominations to the Development Corporation Office at 250 West Main Street, Valley City, ND 58072 or by email at jennifer@developvcbc.com.
